Josephine discovers yoga about 14 years ago and has since seek the practice as a holistic living; finding peace and tranquility in its practice. She has been learning religiously under the guidance of various Masters with recognized certifications.
Josephine has an extensive yoga teaching experience, working on different people with varied needs and physical limitations (lower back injuries, spinal issues, shoulder, hips and the like).
Jo travels widely to enhance her knowledge and be exposed to the many unique styles of yoga from renowned teachers all over the world, spending quality time for personal attainment in genres from strong, physical requirements to a gentler, softer therapeutic style of yoga; namely, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Anusara, Prenatal, Restorative, Yin etc that have become popularly practiced. Her deep understanding comes more from her own disciplined daily practice and rehabilitating from back injuries.
She has been teaching full time for the past 10 years and am currently teaching at a number of private clubs America Club, Phillip Wain, Fitness First etc
Prior to the discover of yoga and the immense interest in general health, Jo has also equipped herself with certification in Basic Exercise by the Singapore Sports Council, and qualification as Personal Trainer by American Fitness Professional Association.
Gee Ling started learning yoga about 9 years ago and was inspired by the beauty of Yoga and its benefits. Teaching & practicing Yoga has given her joy not only to physical development, but in self-awareness mentally as well as spiritually.
She received her Teacher Training Certificate in Sivananda Ashram, Kerala in 2002. She has been teaching Corporate Yoga classes since October 2008 on a freelance basis and still enjoys what she is doing and she would like to continue to share her love of yoga by teaching others about the techniques and benefits. Her style of yoga emphasizes on inner awareness, physical alignment and mindfulness.
She continues to explore, upgrade and deepen her study by attending workshops, classes and reading books.
Endah discovered yoga by accident years ago. Realising that she had forgotten her shoes when she entered a gym for a workout, she decided to join an ongoing yoga class instead, and has never looked back since. After over a year of practicing, she attained her yoga teaching certificates in 2001 and 2002 under Master Sri Srinivas Suresh Kamal, founder of Kryoga. She then continued learning and teaching under Kryoga.
Endah has been teaching for around 7 years. She had taught in various yoga and dancing studios, including Civil Service Community Club, Om Yoga Studio, Yoga Shala, Singapore Post Headquarters and True Yoga (the latter as a relief teacher). Currently Endah is enjoying her time, teaching at the Australian International School and a variety of private classes.

A Qualified Fletcher Pilates Teacher and PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher, Louisa Lau also holds a certificate in Intermediate Vocational Ballet from the London Royal Academy of Dancing. Her clients include young working professionals to directors, full-time mothers, and active retirees. Her passion for movement has led her own journey towards greater body awareness and alignment, tremendous improvement in core strength with a supple body. She continued to further her Pilates education while holding a full-time corporate job. Through her first-hand experience of the physical, mental and emotional benefits, she was deeply inspired to extend her full commitment to motivate others in strengthening the mind-body connection to reach their movement potential, and improve their emotional well-being!
